On September 17th, Hawksworth Restaurant will host a fundraising dinner in support of Covenant House, a charitable foundation that provides shelter and support to homeless youth. The event promises to be a dynamic collaborative culinary experience, featuring a carefully curated multi-course menu crafted by talented BC chefs Stephanie Noël, Yuji Otsuka, and Adam Pegg who will cook alongside Chef David Hawksworth.
Each chef will showcase their skillful techniques and unique culinary style, while highlighting pristine local ingredients. The menu will be complemented by Hawksworth’s deep and carefully curated wine list, and the event is generously sponsored by Henriot Champagne and San Pellegrino.
“I am very much looking forward to cooking with three of our province’s top talents,” says Chef David Hawksworth, “we each have quite distinctive styles but share the same drive for excellence. This dinner will be a real treat for our guests and will inspire our team – at the same time we’ll be supporting our friends at Covenant House who do a really remarkable job in helping and protecting youth in our community that are faced with homelessness.”
Stephanie Noël, previously Development Chef at Hawksworth Group and co-author of Hawksworth The Cookbook, will bring her experience from working at a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in the French Riviera and Restaurant Septime in Paris to the table.
