California indie-pop trio almost monday brought the Only Wanna Dance Tour to Toronto on February 3, 2023.
If there’s one word to describe the band’s upbeat, groovy sound, it would be ‘summertime’. Imagine music blasting with the windows open on a road trip, or dancing at a beach party at sunset. This is the vibe almost monday brought to Toronto on a particularly cold winter night.
With a set full of feel-good, carefree tracks and an irresistible charisma, the band had the crowd dancing and singing their hearts out all night. Borrowing elements from modern pop, mid-2000’s indie sleaze, and disco, almost monday have crafted a sound that explodes with energy on stage.
We were lucky enough to catch their show at Velvet Underground. Check out our gallery of photos below!
