Go Local: Toronto Market Co.

As the EIC of a magazine and resident Torontonian, I’m always asked about the best places to eat, the best food, the best treat, and eats. While I have some fantastic favourites of my own, I’ve always wanted there to be a place where I could tell people to go, to find the best of what Toronto’s culinary curators offer.

Well, look no further than Toronto Market Co.

Over at Toronto Market Co, they offer a wide range and fantastic selection of the best of what the Toronto food scene has to offer.

We tested an array of products, and we have to admit, we thoroughly enjoyed every item we reviewed from Toronto Market Co.

Here’s how it works:

1. Shop weekly from over 100 local vendors using one basket—no minimum order.

2. Select contactless pick-up or delivery at checkout (please note the delivery and/or pick-up date(s) available).

3. After your order is placed, they contact each vendor with the quantities you have ordered.  Items are prepared fresh by the local vendors and safely packed for each order.  Place your order by 11:59 PM on Sunday to receive a pickup or delivery on the following Thursday.

4. Each Thursday, orders are delivered or picked up at 369 Dupont.  Pick up your order (if contactless pick-up selected) or wait for the delivery confirmation notice (if delivery chosen).

The delivery area includes Central Toronto ($15 flat-rate) and the surrounding area ($20-30).  To view more details on delivery and pick up, please visit their delivery details page.

Shop by vendor, by theme or for a specific item. The market is packed with over 100 local business and what seems like an endless selection to not only support local but, to tantalise your tastebuds.

From fresh bakery bread to perfectly curred pepperettes, delicious spreads and sauces, sweets and treats, and it doesn’t end there. If you’re looking to grab more than just a snack or treat, there are meal options that will leave you oh so happy.

We become rather addicted to the Pies from The Q&B Pie Co., and the handmade wontons from The Daily Dumpling Wonton Co, which you guessed it, are all available on the Toronto Market Co.

Local, curated, delicious, what more could you need? So, if you want to check out the selection for yourself today, hop on over to the Toronto Market Co and have a shop.
